K. R. Rezendes is one of the most experienced sitework contractors in southern New England.  We have the ability and resources to complete projects of any size located from southern New Hampshire to northern Connecticut, as well as eastern New York.  Using the latest in GPS and machine automation technology, we are able to work efficiently keeping projects on schedule and on budget.  From small bulldozers to over 100,000 lb excavators, K. R. Rezendes has all of the equipment necessary to complete the largest, or smallest, of projects.

K. R. Rezendes is a licensed drain layer and utility installer for many municipalities in southeastern Massachusetts.  Whether it is on-site or within the road, we have the necessary equipment to complete any utility project.

K. R. Rezendes is a MassDOT certified and bondable contractor.  We have experience in all types of road construction.  Our knowledgeable superintendents have the know-how to perform all tasks within the road productively with the safety of pedestrians, vehicle traffic and the workers as a top priority.

K. R. Rezendes owns a wide variety of trench boxes, manhole boxes and other shoring materials and equipment.  We employ qualified personnel who are trained in trench safety and the use of all types of sheeting and shoring.

K. R. Rezendes can perform all of its own on-site engineering.  With the use of the latest in GPS technology, we are able to perform our own survey and layout as well as our own 3D modeling for use with machine automation.

K. R. Rezendes owns and maintains a fleet 10 and 18 wheeled dump truck.  We have our own fully equipped maintenance garages staffed with experienced mechanics and technicians to ensure all of our trucks are safe and conforming to the DOT standards.
